Interior shadows popping in and out, as well as blackened actors, are problems I also encountered. My only choice was to disable interior shadows. They seem to be an experimental feature in 8.0 and not thoroughly tested.
The interior shadows for 7.1 weren't as ambitious but at least they still functioned.

I have that too. It happens because when you move inside a cell a light source you are close to stops projecting shadows and the other one you are moving towards starts to, basically, so you see that "flashing" in the end.
Alenet is going to introduce some kind of shadow blending-in that will make this thing less noticeable. Maybe today we will get an update and also further optimizations. We need to be a bit patient, since this feature has been just introduced, and most likely there is still room for improvement.
I don't think it is possible to let both shadow rendering systems coexist at the same time.
