Yes i used it, because game skipping sounds sometime badly, and OSR kinda fix it. I've read that it can cap fsp, but didn't tried yet. I disabled it temporary at all, because start thinking it can conflict with OR. I thought may be that Kvatch graphic glitch that i posted about yesterday may have something to do with OSR, but probably not.
Well will try to cap it that way.
I know about FPS dependencies in games, didn't noticed any havoc issues with FPS in oblivion though.
OR also have MemoryManagement, it disabled by default, it's suppose to replace some OSR functions? or it's something different?

It's suppose to be configured somehow to cap fps? I enabled FPS manager i have this bInject_iFPSClamp = 1 fMaximumFPS = 0 fMinimumFPS = 15 iFPS_Report_Period = 15000 fExtraSleepPercent =0.05 by default
but it's not capping anything, at least in windowed mod hmm. strange, gpu stop squeaking, even if fps counter shows same numbers
